Job Responsibilities
Deliver standard HR service and support to colleagues via telephone, email, web chat, etc.Respond to colleague inquiries and problems based on Labor law, company policies and standard procedures.Timely updating on a variety of HR related matters from internal and external departments.Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to issue the HR related problems which assign to HRBP, COE, etc.
Support Scope
Geography : Mainland China, Hongkong and Macau
Required Qualification
Bachelor' degree in Human Resource.In-depth knowledge of China labor law, standard HR policies, procedures best practices.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.1-2 years working experience in HR function/HR. Able and willing to take several calls a day when necessary.Customer oriented and open mind to accept challenges.Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization.Excellent in oral and written communication in Mandarin. English is a strong advantage.Familiarity with ticketing system, especially HCM systems.Must be willing to work in different shifts.
