Contribute to the strategic development to establish ways of working to enable consistent delivery of MED & PHC value.Improve better patient outcome through manage MED&PHC effectiveness framework, project advancement, talent development to drive medical excellence.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任(Major functions of the position)（职位的首要职能）
Contribute to build up and implement medical excellence strategy including contributing to strategic and organizational alignment and initiatives across MED & PHCLead in medical project advancement through developing integrated Medical project plan & budget plan and closely collaborating with Finance, EME, HR, etc. to ensure strategic focus and timely execution of deliverables.Ensure the operational effectiveness across MED & PHC to manage complexity and oversee the performance, budget and resources; Contribute to development & delivery of medical dashboard and associated metrics with cross-functional teams by timely collection, reporting and aligned interpretation of performance metrics and key activities across MED & PHCManage development of Medical Affairs Capabilities through leverage global, cross-functionally and local resources to maximize learning effectiveness.Contribute to work across boundaries within the broader organization and cross functional team to establish excellent ways of working/ process workflowsContribute to foster a culture that is collaborative and agile for proactively identifying and removing barriers, realizing efficiencies and addressing evolving needs of the businessQualification and Experience 能力与经验

Years of Working Experience 工作年限:
At least 5 years of working experience in medical affairs related work in pharmaceuticals industry: experience in Global Medical Affairs/Pharmaceutical Training/Compliance, and/or Operations setting preferred.For senior position, at least 8 years’ experience in medical affairs related work in pharmaceuticals industryexperience in marketing, E-Marketing, digital or a related field, marketing/sales preferredEducation/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书
Minimum master degree in pharmacy or health care, advanced degree (MD, MBA, MPH) is preferred
