职位描述

职责描述：
1. Complete financial closing steps, cost analysis and reporting in accordance with monthly finance process.
根据月度财务结算流程，及时，准确完成相关的财务结算，成本分析以及报告。
2. Support annual budget, Rolling Forecast and Strat plan process, complete financial data collection, analysis as well as reporting.
支持年度预算，月度*动预测以及战略计划，完成相关数据收集，分析和报告工作。
3. Support material and related cost tracking and costing analysis, including key variance analysis, Costing BOM, etc.
支持公司材料及采购费用的成本计价分析，实物报废追踪及存货准备计提等分析，包含各关键指标的差异分析，BOM分析，控制及其他。
4. Support Cell business KPI tracking and analysis, including key variance analysis, material TMC Loss tracking as well as FG write analysis and others.
支持公司公司产品单元业务运营指标追踪与分析，包含各关键指标的差异分析，材料产品报废及其他。
5. Work with Planning, warehouse, purchasing, Quality Dept. etc. to analyse and improve stock shelf life, to improve policies and procedures such as monitoring inventory related issue like scrap process.
协同计划，仓储，采购，质量等其它部门分析，提高存货使用效率，不断改进内部操作流程以减少报废等情况发生。
6. Lead and organize annual stock physical count together with cell, warehouse and external auditor according to external audit and internal control requirements to ensure year-end sotck accuracy.
根据外审和内控要求，协同业务单元，仓库和外审人员领导和组织年度库存大盘点以确保年底库存的准确性。
7. Support and actively participate in finance digital development project for providing timely and visual financial analysis report as well as improving the efficiency of financial analysis; Support or co-load the implementation of other projects of the department.
支持并积极参与公司财务数字化发展项目，以提供及时和可视化的财务分析报告并提升财务分析效率；支持或领导部门其他项目的开展。
8. Other duties disposed by N+1 supervisor or manager.
上级主管或经理安排的其它工作。


任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree education or above with financial major or other
本科以上学历，财务及其他相关专业
2.5+ years financial working experience, and 3 years for the international enterprises company
5年以上财务工作经验，并有3年以上外资企业工作经验
Occupational qualifications职业资格要求：
1.Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal)
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
2.Excellent MS office skills; Knowledge of Accounting system, SAP knowledge is as priority
能够熟练使用办公软件；拥有财务记账系统知识，SAP知识优先

1.Have the ability of leading & coordination with different functions.

2.Good ability in Communication, management, coordination.
