职位描述

1.组织或参与投诉、不良反应、药物警戒体系等后市场警戒监管相关的文件建立、维护，并遵照执行。
Organize or participate in the establishment, maintenance and implementation of documents related to post-market vigilance supervision such as complaints, adverse reactions and pharmacovigilance system.
2.组织个体或者群体不良反应的调查，收集调查的原始数据并形成最终的调查报告。
Organize the investigation of individual or group adverse reactions, collect the original data of the investigation and form the final investigation report
3.根据体系或者法规要求的上报要求，在上报系统中上报不良反应。
Report adverse reactions in the reporting system according to the reporting requirements of the system or regulations.
4.及时关注监管机构的有关不良反应以及药物警戒的反馈信息，并及时进行处理回复。
Pay attention to the feedback information of adverse reactions and pharmacovigilance from regulatory agencies in a timely manner and respond to them in a timely manner.
5.按照法规或者质量体系的要求起草相应的报告和文档（比如PSUR）
Draft reports and documents according to regulations or quality system requirements (such as PSUR)
6.参与、组织对后市场的反馈（如投诉）的调查处理。

7.根据质量管理体系要求，如有需要参与对相应方面的员工培训。

8.参与质量风险管理，收集、整理和反馈相关的后市场信息给体系所规定的决策机构进行风险决策。
Participated in quality risk management, collected, sorted out and fed back relevant post-market information to the decision makers specified in the system for risk decision-making.
9.根据日常工作需要，与监管机构进行沟通。
Communicate with regulatory authorities according to daily work requirements.
10.根据质量体系以及法规的要求，参与或（组织）相应的体系审核（比如药物警戒体系的内审）
Participate in or (organize) system audit according to quality system and regulatory requirements (such as internal audit of pharmacovigilance system)
11 .执行上级布置的其他工作内容。
