职位描述

Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)

1.MS/Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline
2.Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data.
3.Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
5.Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings.
6.Background in cancer biology is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery;
2. Interpret analysis results using a combination of methods and tools such as pathway and network analysis, text mining and comparative genomics;
3. Participate research projects and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery;
4. Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.
