Responsibility 岗位职责
• Responsible for project execution and serve as key ****** contact for assigned projects, managing day-to-day communication with ****** project teams.

• Drive the project and closely monitor/control project progression to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Reports project progress to all key stakeholders.

• Lead core project team(s) and facilitate team's ability to lead extended project team(s), ensuring effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members.
领导核心项目团队，促进团队领导扩展项目团队的能力，确保项目团队人员有效的跨部门合作。
• Represents company in project meetings, prepares meeting agenda and minutes, and follow through action items.
代表公司参与项目会议，准备会议议程和会议记录，并跟踪行动项目。
• Lead both quality control and risk assurance activities to ensure project deliverables are met according to contract(s) and ****** requirements.
领导质量控制和风险保证活动，确保项目顺利交付并满足客户要求。
• Use experience from previous projects and lessons learned to ensure process improvements are implemented successfully across all projects.
总结并汲取之前项目的经验教训，并在后续项目中持续改进。
• With key personnel, develop the project delivery strategy for assigned project(s).
与核心人员一起，为指定的项目制定项目交付策略。
• Work with relevant departments, prepare and deliver new business to ******(s) as required.

• Assist to managing team performance and adjustments as necessary.

Experience岗位经验
• Minimum of 3 years of full project management responsibility.
至少3年或以上的项目管理经验。
• Working knowledge of domestic and international biopharmaceuticals relevant regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Education/Qualifications教育及资质要求
• Bachelor or advanced degree with pharmaceutical or biology majors.
本科或以上学历，制药或生物专业。
• PMP certification will be preferred.
有PMP证书者优先。

ted discipline with at least 5 years of R&D experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment

line-height:normal">Extensive hands-on experience with antibody engineering, humanization and various display technologies as evidenced by a strong publication record, patents and pipeline contributions

line-height:normal">Significant experience in protein biochemistry, recombinant antibody production and purification

line-height:normal">Experience in antibody biophysical characterizations or NGS is a plus

Lead antibody engineering and phage team at Shanghai ChemPartner, manage and mentor scientists and team members

Design and execute antibody discovery campaigns using phage display approach and other antibody engineering and optimization projects

Strengthen and expand capabilities on antibody engineering and display platforms such as yeast and mammalian cell display

Stay abreast of latest scientific and technology advancement in the field

Support and work closely with business development in promoting ChemPartner Biologics
