Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent in
related scientific discipline with at least 5 years of relevant
pharmaceutical/biotechnology experiences, and oversea experience is a plus
Deep scientific
knowledge and technical skills in cell biology and pharmacology, especially in PK/PD studies with various animal
models. Experience with IND study is a plus.
Strong interpersonal
capabilities and ability to build networks
Excellent verbal
communication and technical writing skills in both Chinese and English.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a true team player
Being flexible, open to new ideas, ambitious, innovative
and result oriented
Good communication skills, and are dedicated and
able to meet deadlines; capable of keeping an overview

Title and compensation will be commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications and based
on benchmark in China.
