【职责描述】
1、根据公司战略,制定人力资源战略规划,并监督各项计划的实施;
2、建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含组织发展、员工发展、绩效管理、薪酬激励、培训、招聘等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度;
3、向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平;
4、编制年度人力资源预算并进行有效管控,优化人力资源成本;
5、制定公司人才发展战略、完善人才梯队建设,指导员工职业生涯规划;
6、及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题;
7、负责人力资源部门日常管理和团队建设;
8、完成公司交办的临时性项目工作。
【任职要求】
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业;
2、38岁以下,具有8年以上人力资源工作经验,5年以上团队管理经验,有大中型企业、集团总部人力资源同岗位及以上岗位工作经验者优先;
3、了解现代企业人力资源管理模式并有实践经验积累,对人力资源管理各职能模块均有较深入的认识,熟悉国家相关的政策法规;
4、有医药行业企业任职经历者优先;
5、高度的责任感,认真敬业,具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力;
6、具有解决复杂问题的能力,有很强的计划性和实施执行的能力。
7、良好的中英文读写能力。

【Responsibilities】
1、Formulate human resources strategic plan according to the company strategy, and supervise the implementation of various plans;
2、Responsible for all-rounded HR functions, included but not limited to organization development, employee development, performance management, compensation and incentives, training, recruitment and etc.;
3、Provide suggestions on human resources, organization structure, etc. to the company's decision-makers, and dedicate to improve the company's comprehensive management level;
4、Prepare annual human resource budget and conduct effective control to optimize labor cost;
5、Establish the talent development strategy for the company, improve the succession plan, and guide employees' career planning;
6、Handle major human resource issues during company operation;
7、Supervise the daily operation and team building of HR department;
8、Conduct ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors。
【Requirements】
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources;
2、Under 38 years old, minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, and minimum 5 years of managerial experience. Working experience in the same position or above in human resources of large and medium-sized enterprises and group headquarters is preferred;
3、Understand human resource management model of modern enterprise with experience accumulated from practices. Have a deep understanding of various functional modules of human resource management, and be familiar with relevant national policies and regulations;
4、Working experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
5、Responsible, serious and dedicated, with good team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills;
6、Tackle difficult issues with a positive attitude, thrive on challenges and driven to develop solutions.
7、Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
