Associate Training Manager

职位描述

Responsibilities

1.Develop, update and conduct learning programs for employees or through assigned vendors with line manager’s supports.

2.Develop effective team relationships with other functional teams/ departments for comprehensive educational process.

3.Ensure courses are offered either on a regularly scheduled basis or scheduled as required to meet the needs of the business line, business unit and/or department.

4.Initiate and continue regular communication with management of business line to determine applicability of course content and training satisfaction levels under line manager’s instructions.

5.Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning programs and make recommendations to business line where applicable.

6.Evaluate, identify and make recommendations for the learning program and process improvements with line manager’s supports.

7.Develop recommendations and solutions for training issues.

8.Make presentations for management and clients regarding learning department programs

9.Attend initiative or task forces to improve training capabilities and performance.

10.Work closely with administrators/ vendor to ensure Learning System actions are regularly updated.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3.5 years’ experience in Clinical Monitoring including the relevant experiences in a role equivalent to a Training, Quality Management, Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Team Lead, People Management; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

2.Proficient knowledge of ICH GCP and associated regulatory guidelines.

3.Proficient English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4.Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.

5.Good ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients/customers.                                                         

6.Good organization, logical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills.

7.Ability to travel frequently.
