职位描述

1)Plan and coordinate daily activities of entire technical team (Electrical, Mechanical and Software engineers) driving a high standard of products and documented analysis. e.g. product development procedures and results.计划和协调整个技术团队（电气、机械和软件工程师）的日常工作，推动高标准的产品及文档化分析，如产品开发程序和结果

2)Implement and follow up development road map. Manage Technical request and product enhancement ensure long term sustainable growth for customer and company 执行和落实发展路线图。管理技术要求和产品改进以确保客户和公司的长期可持续合作和发展

3)Troubleshoot potential technical issues encountered during the project execution. 解决项目执行过程中遇到的技术问题

4)Develop a strong collaboration with the Sales, Procurement, Quality Control, Production and Technical Service departments与销售、采购、质量、生产和技术服务部门建立强有力的合作关系

5)Define new product specifications and test protocol. Approval and release of the new machine structure design and drawings. 定义新产品规格和测试方案。新机器结构设计和图纸的批准和发布

6)Product cost evaluation and determine development cost budget产品成本评估和确定开发成本预算

7)Maintain and approval of engineering documents including all product drawings, schematic diagrams and customer manual etc. 维护和批准工程文件，包括所有产品图纸，电路图和客户手册等

8)Work closely with Germany R&D 与德国研发部紧密合作

9)Other tasks assigned by superior 其他上级指派工作

Requirements:

1) Degree Holder in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Mechatronic Engineering本科及以上毕业，机械、电气、自动化或机电工程相关专业学士学位

2) Proven technical leadership skills with experience utilizing scientific principles to develop and improve products and/or validate processes. 具有运用科学原理开发和改进产品和/或验证过程的技术领导技能

3) With more than 10 years in machinery design experience preferred in high precision automation equipment (familiar with SMT machinery or soldering machine preferred); at least 5 years of team management experience 有10年以上机械设计经验，有高精度自动化设备工作经验者优先（熟悉SMT机或焊接机者优先）；至少5年以上团队管理经验

4) Daily SAP user will be add advantage. Proficiency in solid works and AutoCAD etc.日常SAP用户优先。精通Solid works和AutoCAD等

5) Strong logical thinking, methodical work, strong execution, analysis and problem solving ability逻辑思维能力强，工作有条不紊，执行力，分析和解决问题能力强

6) self-motivated, a team player，good interpersonal and communication skills有上进心，团队合作精神，良好的人际和沟通能力

7) Good command in English and Mandarin精通英语和中文
