职位描述

Main Accountabilities:

1.Ability to drive small molecule project from hit to pre-candidate stage independently or under limited supervision.

2.Optimize lead compounds by knowledge-based or structure-based design to improve potency, selectivity, physicochemical properties and DMPK

3.Supervise and manage the external chemistry team to execute all chemistry plan on projects with superb performance.

4.Work together with core team members across multiple disciplines to design and implement project strategies for the advancement of projects.

Role related Qualifications/ Skills:

1.Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, or related discipline.

2.Strong background and experience in organic chemistry is required, along with a proven track record of solving complex problems.

3.Good problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with members of the research teams in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.
