职位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This role is expected to be a respectable scientific leader in clinical science with rich experience in product development. The role has the responsibility for developing the clinical strategy in collaborating with local scientific community and building up the overall development strategy in collaborating with internal business partners such as regulatory and marketing.
• This role has the leadership responsibility in delivering scientific documents, executing clinical studies through collaborating with the clinical operation team, and delivering regulatory filings through collaborating with regulatory and other key functions.
• This role will serve as a key interface with local scientific community in clinical development
• Other responsibilities include overseeing and providing advice to improve project and clinical development team process, ensuring clinical development team activities and practice meet all applicable compliance and quality requirements

KEY STAKEHOLDS
• All other leadership team members of QH Management Team
• External KOLs and China health authorities (CDE/CFDA)
QUALIFICATIONS
• MD or PhD in clinical medicine (Hematology / Oncology preferred)
• Oncology clinical training (ie a residency +/- fellowship preferred)
• >5 years working experience in industry, preferably in R&D environment with track records of developing new drug development strategy, protocol, and successful execution of clinical trials and regulatory filings in/or outside of China
• > 5 years of people management experience and demonstrated people development skills
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in organizational effectiveness and operational excellence
• Demonstrated capabilities in communicating and engaging internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commitment, results-driven, capability to connect science and business
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills both in verbal and written; good command of both Chinese and English language
