  工作职责Duties & Responsibilities
· 该职位需要识别，评估和处理满足公司战略需求的业务拓展机会
This position will help identify, evaluate, and transact BD opportunities that meet the strategic needs of the company.

· 与全球实验室和业务团队紧密合作，为公司在中国的市场战略做出贡献
Working closely with the global laboratory and scientific business teams, this person will contribute to the company's market strategy in China.

· 负责中国本土生物制药公司以及全球生物制药中国分公司的日常联络。并针对客户的项目需求整合内部信息为客户提供最优的解决方案。和公司内部各部门紧密联系，将客户需求第一时间反馈给公司内部相关部门，并将公司的最新技术进展分享给客户。
The position will introduce the company to local and global Chinese biopharma companies, identify relevant service opportunities and collaborate with internal company resources to secure the client's business.

· 能够代表公司对外，包括但不限于面对面的客户访问和行业往来活动
The candidate will represent the company externally, including, but not limited to, face to face client visits and industry trade events.

资格和技能Qualification and Skills
· 能够访问并了解生物制药和转化医学发展科学家相关网站信息
Able to access biopharma's network of translational and clinical development scientists

· 熟悉肿瘤药物开发中的生物标记技术，尤其是免疫组化学，荧光学，分子，二代测序和流式细胞术
Familiarity with biomarker technologies in oncology drug development esp IHC, FISH, real time PCR, NGS, and flow cytometry

· 5年以上药物开发行业，尤其是肿瘤领域相关经验
5+ years track record of identifying, evaluating, and negotiating business development transactions within the drug development industry, especially for oncology.

· 有能力建立并维护内部和外部专家的信誉
Proven ability to establish and maintain credibility with internal and external scientific and business experts.

· 对药物开发、批准和商业化过程有深入的了解
Strong and deep understanding of the drug development, approval, and commercialization processes.

· 充满激情和自我激励的完成业务目标并交付高质量的结果
Passionate and self-motivated to complete business deals and deliver quality results.

· 领导能力强，注重成果，具备在创业环境中有效工作的能力
Strong leadership presence, results orientation and possess the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment.

· 出色的表达和沟通能力，能够影响不同的潜在客户并成功地与他们签署合作。
Great presentation and communications skills-the ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences.
