职位描述

Oversees the scientific function of the company by providing a scientific direction and strategy which are relevant to the changing needs of the proteomic research markets worldwide;
Directly manage the scientific staffs and associated laboratory operations to increase goal attainment;
Build collaborative, strategic relationships/partnerships with internal and external research teams (leading universities, research institutes, and private industries) to further the scope of PTM BIO’s key objectives;
Design research programs with the company’s collaborators and oversee data analysis;
Serve as spokesperson by representing the scientific goals and interests of the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars;
Qualifications and Skills:
PhD degree and 2~4 years post-doctoral research experience in proteomics;
6~8 years of research experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics technology including label free or labeled proteome quantification and identification;
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical assays and protocols, to mentor and guide junior lab staff on a daily basis, and the ability to identify new scientific and technical collaboration opportunities;
Consistent record of cutting edge research and/or clinically-driven science as evidenced by high profile publications;
Outstanding scientific presentation, writing and communication skills.
