CMC head for AnlongBio

AnlongBio is in the middle of building 4000 sqm CMC for AAV, with 200-500 lite incubation capabilities. We are looking for CMC head to lead the effort and manage the facilities.

Responsibilities:

Setting up the CMC facilities in Beijing, 4000 sqm CMC for AAV, with 200-500 lite incubation capabilities, purchase the instruments, set up the manufacture facilities with the help from vendors, consultants, and current team.

Participate in the recruiting of manufacture team members, including incubation, purification, and QC/QA teams

Manage the day to day manufacture operations

Potentially lead the effort to build another CMC site in southern part of China in the next three years

Requirements:

10 year of experiences in bio-pharmaceutical manufacture site, with some experience in AAV manufacture facilities

Management role in manufacture facilities with biopharmaceuticals in US or Europe

Fluent in Chinese and English

Willing to relocate to Beijing
