Job Responsibilities:

·Build molecular biology research lab to support development of mRNA and listeria monocytogene***ased novel drug***or various disease indications

·Design and execute molecular, cellular, and virology experiments. Collect data for preclinical evidence generation and/or proof-of-concept studies

·Author study report****anuscript***or publication, and technical sections in patent application documents

·Participate in design and optimization of lipid nanoparticle***or nucleic acid drug delivery

·Efficiently communicate scientific data within the company

Requirements

·Medical degree or Ph.D. in life science and at least 2 years of post-graduate research experience is require*******>·Hands-on experience with various cell biology, molecular biology, immunology techniques, including but not limited to, maintenance of tumor cell lines, PCR, ELISA, Elispot, flow cytometry, and other immunological assays.

·Experience in handling **all lab animals is required. Knowledge in building tumor animal models, such as PDX, is desirable

·Highly skilled in cloning and p**ifying of pla**id DNA

·In-depth knowledge in cancer in vitro diagnosti**, biomarkers, and neoantigens

·Broad breath of understanding across oncology, cell biology, immunology/vaccinology, and molecular biology

·Knowledge of genomi** and bioinformati** tools and reso**ces is highly preferre********>·Knowledge in translational research and product development.

·Strong work ethic and an attitude of personal ownership, leadership and accountability for the success of a program.

要求
•博士。在生命科学和至少4年的实验室研究经验是必需的
•各种细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学技术的实践经验，包括但不限于哺*动物细胞连续培养、菌斑分析、TCID50分析、荧光显微镜、**库生产、**分离**斑试验、血凝试验、PCR、ELISA、Elispot、流式细胞术和其他标准**和免疫学试验。
•处理小型实验动物的经验
•非常熟练地克隆和纯化质粒DNA
•对各种RNA/DNA**的分离和处理（生长、浓缩、纯化以及功能表征）有深入的知识和实践经验。
•广泛了解**学、细胞生物学、免疫学/疫苗学，分子生物学、微生物发病机制和传染病。
•具备**基因组学和生物信息学工具和资源的知识优先。
•翻译研究和产品开发方面的知识。

生物研究员

  岗位职责：
1、主要负责细胞培养和分子克隆、Western Blot、ELISA、细胞转染、逆转录及实时定量 PCR
等。
2、及时准确完成实验数据的记录和分析， 撰写实验报告和整理相关资料，对实验出现的问
题及时汇报，并培养 trouble shooting 的能力
3、学*并负责实验室各种仪器设备的**、**和保养；
4、完成上级主管交付的其他工作
岗位要求：
1、分子生物学、细胞生物学、基础医学、临床医学，临床药学，生物医学，生物工程/技术等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2、具有较为成熟的实验*作技能和经验，能毒理完成实验工作
3、具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，具有良好的自学能力和沟通表达能力
