Principal Job Objectives 工作目标

•Drive and manage the Master Production
Schedule and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning for the tactical horizon
(3/4-24months) ensuring capacity & resources are in place to support agreed
demand plan to satisfy the customer requirements and to keep the inventory at
the agreed target level

•在战术计划周期(3/4-24个月)内推动和管理主生产计划和粗略产能计划,确保适当地实施产能与资源,以支持达成共识的需求计划来满足客户需求,并保持库存处于所约定的目标水平

•Facilitate the monthly S&OP process at
site level to ensure approval of a production plan in the 24month horizon to
guarantee the optimal balance between demand and operational resources

•协助促进工厂级别的月度S&OP流程,确保24个月周期内生产计划得到批准,以保证需求与运营性资源达到最优平衡

•Ensure owned NOSSCE processes (S&OP,
MPS) and KPIs above class A standard

•确保所负责的NOSSCE流程(销售运营会议,主生产计划)和关键绩效指标保持在A级标准之上

•As SAP super user for Planning,
responsible for maximizing the usage of SAP system to support business and
NOSSCE processes

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be
achieved

Principal Tasks 首要任务

•Establish optimal master production
schedule for the tactical horizon from month 3 / 4 to 24 months

确定3/4个月至24个月战术计划周期内最佳的主生产计划

•Responsible for the capacity and resources
planning for the whole process unit for the tactical horizon (RCCP), coordinate
action plans to remediate to resources constraints

负责战术计划周期内的生产运营部门的产能和资源计划(RCCP),协调行动计划,以减少资源的限制

•Responsible for MPS and aligns in S&OP

负责MPS并在S&OP过程中达成一致

•Optimize local planning processes such as
product

Segmentation,and
production frequencies. Own planning parameters in SAP like MOQ,lead time, campaign size,etc.

优化本地计划流程,比如产品分组以及生产频率,控制SAP中的计划参数,比如最小订货量,标准采购周期,最小生产规模等

•Ensure right level of SKU inventories of
DP and FP

确保DP和FP存货处于适当水平

•Firm production orders at the entry point
of the time fence

在计划时界进入点固定生产订单

•Manage supply KPI reporting and analysis,
leads action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for
continuous improvement

管理和分析供应绩效关键指标,实施行动计划来达成供应绩效目标和推动持续改进

•Facilitate the monthly S&OP process at
site level according to the NOSSCE Core process

根据NOSSCE的核心流程协助促进工厂级别的月度S&OP流程

•Facilitate the Supply Review, Management
Business Review (MBR) to ensure that a production plan is approved as an
outcome, based on clearly stated assumptions, with accurate and up-to-date
information from all impacted areas,including options.
risks and mitigation actions

协助促进供应评审(SR)、管理层业务评审(MBR),以确保所批准的生产计划基于清晰的假设、所有影响区域的最新精确信息,包括选项、风险以及应对措施

•Propose the best supply plan to the SLT
for approval during MBR in line with site objectives. Assign follow-up actions
to the owners as agreed in the MBR. monitoring the implementation according to
the required due date

向工厂领导团队SLT提出最佳供应计划,供其在管理层业务评审(MBR)期间按照工厂目标进行审核.分配在管理层业务评审(MBR)中达成共识的后续工作至相关责任人,按照要求的到期日监控其执行情况

•Facilitate conflicting proposals in the
medium/long term for optimization of capacity utilization,identify production available slots and facilitate equipment sharing

协调促进中/长期相互矛盾的提案,以优化产能利用率、确定可用的生产时段,并且促进设备共享

•Ensure consistency with agreed
budget/working latest estimate and site objectives, in terms of
utilization/shifts configuration and resources

在利用率/班次配置与资源方面,确保与预算/最新估计、工厂目标一致

•Contribute to the demand and product
reviews to identify main changes and trends as input for the supply review

协助需求评审和新产品引进评审环节,从而为供应评审环节确定主要变化和趋势

•Contribute to the Integrated
Reconciliation (IR) process and support the financial sustainability of the
proposed plan,including FTE calculation

协助综合业务调整评审(IR)流程,并且支持所提计划的财务可持续性,包括FTE计算在内

•Define the input to Global IBP Supply
Review in terms of issues/risks to be escalated and provide support

为技术运营部IBP流程提供内容,以便问题/风险能够得到上报和支持

•Monitor that the execution of the
production plan at site level and ensure alignment with the approved plan

•Establish and maintain IQP mentality
across unit; run and coach IOP projects utilizing IOP tools and methodologies

provide regularly meaningful summaries of
all production services activities, inventories,etc.to
PO management

•Provide regularly financial SCM Planning
information for budgets,latest estimates,actual costing, standard costing,etc. to PO
Management and Finance

向工厂管理团队提供定期的供应链计划预算报告,最新的估计,实际成本,标准成本等

•Monitor the status of owned NOSSCE
processes and KPIs, take actions to meet class A requirement

监控所负责NOSSCE指标和流程的状态,采取行动来确保其满足A级标准要求

•As SAP super user, provide tier I
assistance (i.e. Incident management and training) to SAP end users, support
the execution of NOSSCE processes within the available ERP infrastructure in
collaboration with the NOSSCE Business Process Owners

•Maintain and train Staff to use SAP
