职位描述

  Responsibilities: 

1. As a core member of the R&D team, participates in the design and execusion of R&D strategy of the company; 

2. Responsible for building up project pipeline based on company’s overall development strategy; 

3. Drives and oversees entire discovery activities including by not limited to generation and characterization of
biologics for company’s projects in oncology, infectious and auto-immune dieseases, design and execution of
appropriate in vitro and in vivo MoA and efficacy studies, ect.; 

4. Refines the organization structure, recruits talents, builds up broad collaboration with CROs, univerisities and
academic institutions to ensure adequate discovery support to company’s projects; 

5. Builds up and refines scientific operation of the discovery organization, ensures appropriate documentation of
experiments performed in house and by partners; 

6. Builds up and maintain a efficient and productive cross-functional relationships with development organizations of
the company;

 7. Represents company at domestic and international meetings to promote scientific excellence of the company; 

Qualifications: 

1. Ph.D. in immunology, cancer biology, cell biology and other life science related disciplines. Experience in cancer
biology or function analysis of immue systems is a plus;

 2. At least 10 years pharmaceutical experience with experience from multinational pharmaceutical companies or
reputable biotech companies preferred; 

3. Broad knowledge in pharmaceutical R&D with extensive experience in Lead identification and Lead optimization
of biologics and a track record of successful advancement of discovery projects into development; 

4. Familiar with in vivo animal models in at least one of the following areas: immune-oncology, infectious diseases
or autoimmune diseases; 

5. Experience of managing a diverse group of departments, scientists and leading cross-functional projects; 

6. A demonstrated leader and capability of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment; 

7. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
