职位描述

The individual is responsible for setting up and lead lab operations for IVD products in newly established R&D lab in Hangzhou with guidance form Executive Management.

The task will encompass operational execution of R&D projects, as well as implementation of the required technologies including requisite equipment.

In addition, will be responsible to build relationship and collaborations with academic labs and outsourcing related activities.
·Work closely with the his/her superiors to build a vision for research and development in the allergy field (therapeutic and diagnostic) in line with Worg’s overarching strategic goals.
·Oversee interdisciplinary research programs with roadmaps from discovery through clinical development.
·Contribute to the product Development Plans.
·Apply state of the art technology to all selected R&D projects.
·Select, build up and supervise technological capabilities (in house and outsourced) in order to build product pipeline.
·Identify vendors and KOLs/academic labs with complementary capabilities and represent Worg to them ensuring satisfaction levels are maintained and program deliverables are communicated effectively.
·Ensure and maintain an in depth knowledge of technical requirement to achieve the goals of the selected R&D projects.
·Plan, coordinate and present at internal and external meetings including conferences and professional organizations.
·Drive performance improvement and operational efficiencies at organization and program level.
·Provide input and leadership for general corporate initiatives, such as those related to work processes and managing growth
·Contribute expertly to project review meetings
·Establish divisional processes and nurture collaborative teamwork for project teams
·As appropriate, participate in developing strategic programs and tactical execution plans

·Set priorities and schedule activities of departmental resources, implement company objectives, and create alternative solutions to address business and operational challenges
·Contribute to leadership of project management as an operational expert.

·Master’s degree or above in molecular biology, or medical lab science, or medicine.

·Minimum one-year experience in medical lab or molecular diagnostic testing.
·Working experience in IVD industry is preferred, and experience in Multi-National IVD Company is a plus.
·Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking and thriving in a resource constraint environment
·Strong knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology and/or protein chemistry
·Strong organizational skills.
·Strong ability to manage time and work independently.
·High proficiency with full MS Office applications, including
MS project
·Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.
·High level of competence in English language
·Ability to travel as necessary
·Chinese national, willingness to relocate to Hangzhou
