职位描述

工作内容：

1、负责公司CAR-T技术研发平台的建立，细胞免疫相关技术新产品的研发，以及研发团队的管理； Responsible for the establishment of the company's CAR-T technology research and development platform, research and development of new cellular immune related technology products, and management of the research and development team；

2、包括公司在研产品的体外实验方法的建立，验证和筛选，体内动物实验的设计，与外包公司沟通和管理； Including the establishment, verification and screening of in-vitro experiment methods of the company's research products, design of in-vivo animal experiments, communication and management with outsourcing companies；

3、参与研发的人员招聘和培训，管理并监督项目研发人员的工作进展，合理安排实验，在规定的时间内完成项目，负责研发部门年度工作计划和工作目标的设定与实施，以及评估；Recruit and train personnel involved in R & D, manage and monitor the progress of the project's R & D personnel, arrange experiments reasonably, complete the project within the specified time, and be responsible for the setting and implementation of the annual work plan and work goals of the R & D department, and evaluation；  

4、参与CAR-T相关专利的申报，参与IND申报相关工作，能够与CMC，QA，QC和Regulatory等各部门协同工作；Participate in CAR-T related patent declaration, participate in IND declaration related work, and can cooperate with CMC, QA, QC and Regulatory and other departments；

能够灵活接受其他相关的工作安排 。Ability to flexibly accept other related work arrangements.

任职资格：

1、免疫学、细胞生物学、分子生物学相关专业博士学历，具有较好的免疫细胞治疗理论基础； Doctor degree in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology or other related majors, with a good theoretical basis for immune cell therapy；

2、至少三年以上相关企业工作经验，两年以上细胞治疗研发管理经验的优先； More than 3 years of work experience in related companies, more than 2 years of experience in cell therapy research and development management is preferred；

3、熟悉CRISPR基因编辑技术（不是必须）、熟悉CAR载体构建与优化，细胞功能试验（FACS，细胞因子释放）等与CAR-T产品相关的技术，熟悉动物药效和药代实验的设计；Familiar with CRISPR gene editing technology is preferred (not a must), familiar with CAR vector construction and optimization, cell function test (FACS, cytokine release) and other technologies related to CAR-T products, familiar with the design of animal drug efficacy and pharmacokinetic experiments；

4、具备一定的团队组织管理能力和团队合作沟通能力，拥有实际科研经验，了解细胞治疗技术的应用和发展； Possess a certain team organization management ability and team cooperation communication ability, have practical scientific research experience, understand the application and development of cell therapy technology；

5、有创新精神，具备系统严谨的研究思维； Innovative spirit, systematic and rigorous research thinking；

6、必须能够流利用英语口语交流并撰写英文报告。 Must be able to speak fluent English, do presentation in English and write English reports.
