Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced staff of medical sciences to join our clinical development team. This role will   provide medical expertise to initiate and drive the company’s drug clinical program forward. He/she will prepare, review and finalize clinical trial protocols and documents, take the leading role in identifying and managing CROs on medical affairs; Contact and maintain a good relationship with potential PIs and KOLs in medical field of infection areas. This role  is also expected to serve as medical monitor for clinical trials in China. He/she will work closely with the company’s clinical operation team and regulatory team to plan, initiate, and monitor clinical development.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the development and implementation of clinical development plan across multiple drug candidates, indications and phases.

·Lead the clinical trial designs and preparation of key clinical documents: clinical trial protocol, investigator’s brochure, clinical study report and scientific publications.

·Effectively interact and communicate with KOLs/disease experts to discuss the design/implementation/update of clinical studies.

·Participate in the interaction with regulatory bodies by preparing clinical dossier of pre-IND, IND or NDA documents and attend the meetings.

·Work with the Clinical Operation team and CRO to monitor the implementation of the clinical trials, safety of the participants and integrity of the data during the studies; review AE/SAE cases and reports.

·Provide scientific and medical support to clinical operation team, regulatory and R&D team for preclinical and clinical programs.
