• Lead and direct a Project Management [PM] group who serve as project managers or project leaders of project teams.
• Build Project Management group by recruiting PM candidates who have prior technical positions such as process development and technical operations .

• Collect and analyze project operation data, continuously improve the efficiency and mode of project management.
• Provide reports for update communication to senior leadership team.
• Create summary of all projects and provide strategy for BD on ******s.
• Resolve conflicts, internal and external, effectively to enable project teams stay on track to deliver results.
