职位描述

• Lead and direct a Project Management [PM] group who serve as project managers or project leaders of project teams.
• Build Project Management group by recruiting PM candidates who have prior technical positions such as process development and technical operations .
• Working with Project Leaders, organize and manage ****** project negotiations and be responsible for decomposing project work to teams.
• Participate in internal technique project planning and resource allocation, and be responsible for decomposing project work to teams.
• manage and monitor project execution process, maintain risk control, coordinate internal and external resources of departments, and make timely decisions and solutions according to actual implementation.
• Responsible for collecting and sorting stage data report, communicating with customers, obtaining customer feedback and forming the action plan.
• Responsible for internal audit of experiment plan and data report, participate in drafting documents when needed, ensure high quality plan and data reports documents to internal and external ******s.
• Collect and analyze project operation data, continuously improve the efficiency and mode of project management.
• Provide reports for update communication to senior leadership team.
• Create summary of all projects and provide strategy for BD on ******s.
• Resolve conflicts, internal and external, effectively to enable project teams stay on track to deliver results.
