Key Responsibilities：
1. To work in a team setting to contribute to projects using our proprietary
microfluidic single cell platform.
2. Responsible for the design and execution of all cell biology tasks, including cell
line or primary cell isolation, preparation, functional testing.
2.Work both independently and with the team to analyze data generated from experiments, draw appropriate conclusions and decide upon next steps.
3.Perform cellular assay development and assay validation when needed.
4.Effectively collaborate with other functional groups both intra and inter sites.
6.Contribute to patent flings and publications and present research finding to various audiences including senior management.
Requirements：
1.BS, MS or PhD in immunology, biology or related fields.
2. Biopharmaceutical industry working-experience in drug discovery is preferred;
experience in immunology or immune-oncology is preferred.
5.Strong cell biology expertise with experience in cell culture,flow cytometry, fluorescence-based microscopy and developing and implementing cell-based assays; high throughput (automation)experience is a plus.
6.Drive to work on a fast-paced and highly collaborative team.
5. Demonstrated excellence in standard laboratory technical skills.
6. Must be self-driven, and motivated.
7. The candidate should strive in a fast-paced environment,enjoy working with
cutting-edge technologies and adapt quickly to meet aggressive deadines.
8.Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
