Position Summary
岗位总体要求
Position is responsible for management of Lingang Viral Clearance Study Team， including people management, project execution, quality compliance and daily works within the team.
该岗位负责临港**清除研究团队的整体管理，其中包括团队成员的管理、项目的执行、质量的相符性以及团队的日常工作。

Position Responsibilities:
岗位职责
• Fulfil annual targets based on requirements from company or department
跟据公司的要求完成各项年度目标
• Manage team to execute and finish viral clearance study projects on time
管理团队按时执行并完成**清除研究项目
• Make sure team follow right quality system, proper regulations and SOP
确保团队按照正确的质量管理体系、相应法规以及SOP的要求完成项目
• Arrange and manage training for team members, including technical, EHS and quality trainings
安排并管理团队成员的培训，包括技术培训、EHS培训以及质量培训
• Cooperate with quality team to finish inspection or audit from regulatory agency and customers
配合质量部门完成监管部门和客户的检查或审计
• Continuously improve team’s efficiency to increase project capacity
持续提高团队效率，增加团队完成项目的容量
• Regularly communicate with relevant teams to get better resources and supports
定期和其它相关部门交流，协调团队所需的各项资源和支持
• Manage team’s daily works based on EHS requirement
按照EHS的要求管理团队的日常工作

工作要求

• Bachelor degree in biologics, chemistry, pharmacy and other relevant majors. Master or PhD degrees preferred
生物、化学或药学等相关学科大学毕业，具有硕士或博士学位者更好
• At least 10-years working experiences in relevant industries
10年以上相关行业的工作经验
• At least 8-years management experiences
8年以上管理工作经验
• Knowledgeable in professional areas, expertize with regulations, guidelines, standards and technical processes
专业知识丰富，熟悉规程/规范，标准和技术程序
• Well written and oral English communication capability
良好的英文交流能力（包括书面和口语）
