Key Responsibilities:

1、Lead a dedicated team of scientists to discover therapeutic antibodies using our proprietary antibody screening platform, including single cell microfluidic and NGS technologies

2、Oversee the operation of antibody discovery team to

①、design and develop droplet-based binding or functional assays,

②、conduct microfluidics-based antibody screening campaigns,

③、perform cDNA library preparation and NGS sequencing.  

3、Lead continuous platform innovation for faster and deeper mining of antibody repertoire;

4、Effectively collaborate with global teams of disease biology, protein sciences, lead evaluation, and pharmacology;

5、Collaborate with scientists for innovative solutions to single cell-based target discovery and biomarker discovery as part of the HiFiBiO DIS™ community.

Requirements:

1、PhD in biological sciences, bioengineering or related field;

2、8+ years of relevant experience in drug discovery;

3、Demonstrated leadership in driving antibody discovery or other single cell platforms;

4、Single cell microfluidics experiences is strongly preferred;

5、Strong experience with basic molecular and cell biology techniques is preferred;

6、Drive to work on a fast-paced and highly collaborative team

7、Must be self-driven, and high-motivated

8、Excellent oral and written communications skills required

9、Responsibilities commensurate with experience level
