 工作描述: 
We are looking for a strong scientific leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in neurology, computational biology, cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry, and will be responsible to lead a team of biologist for target discovery, translation and validation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, independent, technically creative, and with a proven track record of developing targets to address CNS disorders. 
Responsibilities: 
• Lead and develop small or large (e.g. antibody, RNA, and/or gene therapy) molecule drug discovery programs from target discovery to hit identification to candidate validation and IND in the CNS area 
• Interact with leadership to shape strategic direction for new novel targets and modality 
• Lead a small group of Ph.D level neuroscientist, and pharmacologists to execute research program 
• Working internally with other function leaders or with CROs for experimental design, implementation and execution of in vitro biological assays (biophysical, biochemical and cell-based) and in vivo testing in support of drug discovery projects 
• Responsible for data review, analysis and interpretation of in vitro and in vivo results, and troubleshooting issues related to drug discovery projects职位要求: 
• Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, computational biology, or related field with 10+ years relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience 
• Experience in leading multiple drug discovery programs in the CNS area. 
• Experience in identifying high-value therapeutic targets in CNS, based on the evaluation of biological rationale, tractability, and competitive landscape 
• Experience with human ipsc-derived models for in vitro assessment 
• Extensive knowledge in vitro biochemical/biophysical and cell-based assays and translational disease models in the CNS area 
• Ability to lead a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and multi-site team setting. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
