Senior Manager/AssociateDirector,CorporateStrategy

Responsibilities
Conduct competitive market analysis,trackcompetior business updates.Leverage quantitative and qualitativeanalysis to supportstrategic decisions Drive digital strategy through leading business case studies
Work closely with business team to deliver proiect results and facilitate implementation
Monitor late stage/key project databaseforecast project revenue and support capacity/facility planning by leveraging public information and market research capabilities
Coordinate company c-level quarterly businessreview meetingsincluding but not limited to agenda and meeting minutes preparationmaterial collectionaction item follow-ups
Manage and facilitate strategic initiatives including project management,information sourcing,business negotiationand agreement drafting and review

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree with 2-8 yearsrelevant experience in financial analysis,
management consulting.and project management in biotechandpharmaindustry
Strong interpersonal skills with multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedandmatrixenvironment
Passionate about work with can-do and must-do-better attitudehighly motivated and results driven.demonstrated problemsolving and decision making skills Fluent in Mandarin and good command of written and oral English
Proficientcomputer skills(PowerPointExcelWord)excellent attention to details
