职责描述： 

Lead the development and technology transfer efforts of new SeekGene products. Development and optimization of novel reagents for applications within the single-cell portfolio of products Work with other R&D teams (including Chemistry, Hardware Engineering, Computational Biology, and Software Engineering) to define and execute technology strategies in single-cell sequencing areas Champion innovation and provide mentorship and guidance to employees  Establish and maintain the necessary team structures, processes, infrastructure and environment to drive development of SeekGene’ technology platforms 

 任职要求：

 PhD and significant depth of experience in molecular biology, cellular biology, biotechnology, genomics Extensive experience (5+ years) developing commercial products, including next generation sequencing experience Demonstrated record of successful technology transfer from early R&D concepts into customer-facing products Experience managing teams of scientists from a variety of backgrounds A strong passion for building game‐changing technologies that can significantly impact the world of life science research Strong written and oral communication skills Willing to Base in Beijing
