 Report to clinical operation vice general manager
汇报给临床运营副总经理
 Responsible for training team planning and hiring.
负责培训团队的人员规划与人员招聘。
 Responsible for training and development to uplift team capability.
负责人员培训与发展，以提升团队业务能力
 To establish healthy team culture and appropriate team objective, to maintain team stability
建立健康的团队文化，及合理的团队目标，确保团队稳定性
 To establish and maintain systemic online training system. Ensure system’s consistency and stability.
建立与维护系统化的线上培训体系，确保系统稳定性与联系性
 To establish high quality yearly training strategy and plan, get approved and ensure 100% execution.
建立高质量的年度培训策略与计划，获得批准并确保100%执行
 Closely coordinate with HR partner, and group training team, ensure training activities are high aligned.
与人力资源伙伴及集团培训团队密切合作，确保培训活动高度一致。
Job Requirements /岗位要求：
1、Education background/学历背景:
 Bachelor degree or above. Clinical or pharmacy education background preferred.
本科及以上学历。临床或药学教育背景优先。
2、 Working experience /工作经验：
 Above 6 years of people training experience.
6年以上人员培训相关经验。
 Above 4 years’ experience as people manager.
4年以上人员管理经验。
3、 Skills /能力要求：
 Familiar with GCP, GLP operating standards and clinical trial monitoring work content and process; Familiar with ICH guidelines, FDA, CFDA clinical trial related rules and guidelines
熟悉GCP、GLP操作规范和临床试验监查工作内容和流程； 熟悉ICH指南、FDA、NMPA临床试验相关的各类法则和指导原则。
 Agree with the company's development goals, have good professionalism and a high sense of responsibility.
认同公司发展目标，具有良好的职业素养及高度的责任感。
 Skillful on communication
较强的沟通能力

4、Others/其他：
 English level 4 and above, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
英语四级及以上，能熟练使用微软Word、Excel及PowerPoint。
