职位描述

  CDMO生物药背景优先，深圳/CDMO Large molecule perferred、Shenzhen （偏审计，GMP/FDA/欧盟 ，英语可作为工作语言）  

自动化经理

职责：

1统筹管理部门自动化团队，支持集团内工艺设备、公用系统设备、制剂自动化需求，主导自动化流程、功能的设计和搭建;

2负责公司智能化、自动化、数字化建设，包括计BMS\EMS\SCADA\DCS等；

3根据自动化项目计划协调进行新设备的选型、安装调试、连线生产、调试验证、支持审计活动，提供技术支持及文件审核；

4负责制定或协助相关自控系统设备、仪表的日常和定期维护保养计划，建立自控系统设备的巡检制度，监督检查自控系统设备的维护、保养及运行情况；

5负责公司设备的工控自动化方面检修、技术改造，带领各线工程师根据生产计划的安排完成在线维修、设备故障根本原因分析、设备改善、保证自动化系统数据备份和安全以满足GMP合规和数据完整。

6自动化相关培训及运行过程的技术支持。

要求：

1.电气自动化、自动化控制、计算机等相关专业 ；掌握自控专业必备的基础理论及专业技术知识，如过程控制及自动化仪表、计算机控制系统、电路原理及电器设备控制等专业知识；

2.熟练掌握自动控制原理、控制系统（PLC、MES、DCS）等相关知识；

3.熟悉并能编写URS、自控系统相关管理规程及SOP，具备西门子PCS 7及TIA 博途等的编译能力；

4.有配液、发酵自控编程工作经验，熟悉生物制药的工艺流程；

5.熟悉21CFR Part11，GMP，GAMP5及ISA 88要求，并有相关自控体系质量管理经验；

6.具有较强的执行力，能快速处理系统突发事件，工作认真负责、具备一定的抗压能力和沟通能力；

7.英语能力较好者优先。

Automation Manager

Your responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage the
automation team of the department, supported the automation requirements of
process equipment, utilities equipment and drug product equipment. Lead the
design and construction of automation processes and functions;

2. Responsible for
the company's intelligent, automation and digital construction, including
BMS\EMS\SCADA\DCS and etc

3. Coordinated the
selection, installation, commissioning production and validation of new
equipment according to the automation project plan and provided technical support
for automation document review.

4. Responsible for
making or assisting the daily and regular maintenance plan of the relevant
automatic control system equipment and instruments, establishing the inspection
procedures of automatic system, supervising and checking the maintenance and
operation of automatic system

5. Responsible for
the maintenance and technical transformation of industrial control automation
of the company's equipment, leading engineers of all lines to complete online
maintenance according to the arrangement of production plan, analyzing the root
cause of equipment failure and improving equipment, ensure automation systems
data backup and security to meet GMP compliance and data integrity.

6. Automation
related training and technical support for operation process.

Requirements:

1. Major in
electrical automation, automation control, computer or related; Master the
basic theory and technical knowledge necessary for automatic control major,
such as process control and automatic instrument, computer control system,
circuit principle, industrial network and electrical equipment control, etc.

2. Familiar with
automatic control principle, control system (PLC, MES, DCS) knowledge;

3. Familiar with
and able to write URS and automatic control system related management
procedures and SOP, have the compilation ability of Siemens PCS7 and TIA
Portal.

4. Familiar with
biological pharmaceutical process; Have working experience in liquid
preparation and fermentation automatic control programming is preferred.

5. Familiar with
21CFR Part11, GAMP5 and ISA88 requirements. Have relevant experience in
automatic control system quality management;

6. Strong
execution ability, able to quickly deal with system emergencies, serious and
responsible in work, with certain ability to work under pressure and
communication skills.

7. Good command of
English is preferred.
