Job Description:

 Lead a team of scientists and automation specialists, design and deploy a state-of-the-art Co-Op automated compound/sample hub accompanied. Build and maintain company sample library. Support the research efforts in Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry and Biologics departments 

Design and implement Reagent Acquisition and Management System (RAMS) to streamline laboratory reagent and supply chain management. RAMS consisting major workflows to support chemistry, biology, manufacturing, finance, PO, legal departments’ operations. Functions expand from internal inventory management with safety compliance, to requisition approval chain supervisions. 

Provide Bio-Sample storage (cell lines and antibodies) to various groups (both small and large molecule research teams) in both GLP and non-GLP environment. 

 Lead both the Research Data Dashboard (RDD) and from Compound Hub to Screening Hub projects, streamline material movement, data stream and documentation to improve sample and data utilization rate and research efficiency.
