职位描述

Responsibility
- Work in a multidisciplinary team for drug discovery projects and new technology build, providing solutions to biology-related technical issues
- Responsible for biochemical/cell biological study design, assay development/validation, MOA elucidation and in vivo study in drug discovery projects.
- Be able to propose, evaluate and validate potential drug targets.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in biochemistry or cell biology related field.
- Experience of completed small molecule drug discovery projects in big pharma or biotech, project lead experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading a biochemistry/assay development team is preferred.
- Experience with biochemical and cell biological technology including HTRF, AlphaLisa/AlphaScreen, FP, SPR, ITC, cell culture, transfection and , WB, FCM, QPCR. High throughput screening experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with in vivo pharmacology, including disease model selection and establishment.
- Excellent management and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and collaborative.
- Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
