职位描述

  1. Contribute to the development of our ADC platform through the development and application of cutting-edge analytical tools across many instrument platforms (including HPLC, LC/MS)
2. Guide a team of internal and external analytical scientists to design and develop robust qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
3. Communicating and managing the CROs and CMOs.
4. Author SOPs, develop and optimize analytical tests, interpret scientific results, and provide statistical analysis of data where appropriate.
5. Collaborate with scientists from across the discovery and translational medicine teams to overcome research bottlenecks and unlock projects with creative applications of analytical science.

任职要求：
1. Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, synthetic chemistry, or related field with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery environments.
2. Achievements in implementing innovative analytical methods for pre-clinical drug discovery.
3. Act as a team player, demonstrate flexibility and commitment to achieve project and company goals.
4. Hands-on experience in the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative HPLC, and LC/MS assays
5. Experience in maintaining the equipment.
6. Experience in characterization of the ADC is a plus.
