职责描述：
1.根据公司不同阶段的发展战略，配合拟定管线产品立项策略和筛选逻辑，使公司战略规划被
执行落地；
2.洞察行业发展趋势和政策法规导向，结合公司自身状况，提出有关产品战略布局的独到见
解；
3.对于已立项产品的开发优先级进行战略部署并定期回顾，对产品进行完整的生命周期管理；
4.带领团队及时准确地完成调研工作，对于调研/立项报告的质量进行把控；
5.招募合格的团队成员，为团队成员提供专业培训、指导，合理安排团队成员的工作，协助下
属设定年度目标、个人发展计划并进行绩效考核。
任职要求：
1.硕士以上学历，药学、药理学、医学等相关专业；
2.有 5 年以上产品战略规划经验或咨询行业经验，大型医药公司或咨询公司背景优先；
3.丰富的战略规划或行业分析经验，对新鲜事物有足够的敏感度，具有跳跃性思维，有独到的
见解和认识；
4.精通产品市场研究等产品规划相关知识，具备良好的市场敏锐度、数据分析和规划能力；
5.对行业动态和政策法规具有敏锐的感知与洞察力，具有前瞻思维和全局意识；
6.优秀的领导能力和执行力、沟通协调能力、团队合作精神；
7.熟练应用英文作为工作语言。  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop drug product development strategy according to the company's development strategy, translate the strategy into implementable development goals, and ensure effective implementation and efficient completion；

2. Responsible for the management of the whole process of 3D printed drug product development, including formulation development, analytical methods, process research, clinical/non-clinical management, registration filing, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of product development projects from early stage R&D to IND, clinical trials and NDA;

3. Responsible for the overall management and performance assessment of product development projects, including project management, technical communication, resource allocation and cost control;

4. Manage and promote cooperation within the team and with other departments of the company, and participate in the contact and management of external partners;

5. Establish and improve the company's R&D management system and quality system;

6. Establish and improve the product development organization and talent ladder.

Job Requirements:

1. PhD in pharmacy, chemistry/materials, biology/medicine or other related fields, overseas education and work experience preferred;

2. Rich experience in new oral solid dosage form product development in pharmaceutical companies or CRO/CDMO companies, with 505b(2) or improved new drug development experience in the whole process is preferred; Proficient in all aspects of formulation development of small trial, pilot, production interface;

3. Familiar with international and domestic drug regulations, able to plan and control the new drug development process with high quality; Guide the team to anticipate and solve problems encountered in R&D and production scale-up;

4. Ability to assess risks, make critical judgments and implement plans;

5. Hands-on experience in building drug development teams and team management;

6. Familiar with industry developments and emerging technologies and able to grasp the direction of the industry；

7. Fluent English skills and good communication skills.
