  工作职责

Position is responsible for managing the execution of of assays, process, methods, procedures, pre-validation, or validations. Most work will require strict adherence to compliance with good scientific principle, and considerations of future compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and relevant SFDA and other international regulatory regulations as needed, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Under direct supervision from the department head, the position runs, manages and schedules the performance of testing, and studies, ensuring completion of records, including but not limiting to, batch records and other required documentation and laboratory maintenance duties according to SOPs.

Manages testing projects using cellular, mycoplasma-related, culture-based, molecular, immunological, affinity, chromatographic or other techniques
• Supervises and manages lab procedures according to and in compliance with good scientific principle and/or GLP, cGMP, FDA guidelines and SOPs.
• Manages recording and completion of batch records and other required documentation according to and in compliance with good scientific principle, good documentation practice, and/or GLP, cGMP, CFR and Chinese FDA guidelines and SOPs.
• Manages performance of assays using appropriate laboratory techniques
• Manages reporting observations of ongoing tests to department manager.
• Communicates with supervisor and other colleagues re: lab activities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in scientific theory and rigorous practical application in the completion of lab procedures.
• Correctly analyzes scientific data with accuracy and precision.
• Contributes to the preparation and revision of technical documents and reports.
• Completes all requisite training (i.e. Bloodborne Pathogen, Quality Assurance, safety, etc.).

工作要求

Master or PhD degree of biology or related science majors. 8 years technical working and 5 years management experiences.
• Knowledgeable in professional areas, expertize with regulations, guidelines, standards and technical processes.
• Able to evaluate related assays and calibration results, understanding in results uncertainty.
• Experience, expertise and knowledge with virology or bacteriology, or microbiology is essential. Equivalent experience in bioanalytical testing may be useful alternative.
