工作职责

1. 发起新药发现相关靶点及项目等工作，负责整个项目过程管理，包括项目构思、设计、靶点发现/验证和分子研究，直到高质量地交付给公司； Initiate new drug discovery targets/projects, responsible for whole project process management, including project conception, design, target spot discover/ validation and molecular research, till to high quality deliver to company. 2. 基于对相关靶点了解、可行性及竞争情况等评估，对于靶点的选择、优先级排序以及新适应症的开发贡献意见； Contribute to selection and prioritization of targets and indications for development of novel targets, based on evaluation of target validation, tractability and competitive landscape. 3. 管理一个实验室，鼓励并辅导员工高效完成工作，构建严谨而高产的研究环境和人才梯队。 Manage laboratory, recognize and further talents, build up and constantly evolve the skills and leaders, build rigorous and productive research environment, build talent echelon. 4. 负责实验室相关 的关键实验设计、负责实验室相关预算、项目任务、交付计划等内容； Responsible for planning of critical studies, budget, timelines and defining and delivering on project goals. 5. 建立内部与外部，工业界与学术界的合作。以发表文章和会议报告等形式为科研领域做出贡献。 Establish collaboration relationship between internal and external, industry and academia. Contribute to the scientific development by publishing articles and conference presentations.

 任职资格

1. 学历及专业：博士学位，生物学、免疫学、医学、微生物学等相关专业。 Ph.D. degree, major in Biology, Immunology, Medical science, Microbiology, etc. 2. 专业知识：在肿瘤、免疫、代谢、补体等研究领域中作为第一作者或通讯作者发表了影响力高的原创文章。 Published original articles as the first author or corresponding author in the research fields of tumor, immunity, metabolism,complement etc. 3. 工作经验：有工业界/学术界从业经验；对新药研究前沿敏锐；3年以上工作经验。 Work experience in industry/academia；keen on the frontiers of new drug research；3+ years working experience. 4. 其他要求：抗压能力强、紧迫感强，责任感强。 Strong responsibilities, ability to work under pressure.&nbs*****>
