　• Job Description
Main Job: Management (planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting) of assigned projects for pharmaceutical projects with focus on CMC, process development, manufacturing activities and communications with cross functionals and 3rd parties.
Responsibilities:
• Leads project to achieve goals - timeline, budget, scope.
• Creates, updates, and monitors the project plan (incl. milestones and decision points) together with the team, defines work packages according to project scope (what and when).
• Decides and requests required resources at the responsible decision committees, requests team members from line management.
• Initiates and monitors the generation of regulatory documents by the CMC Technical Regulatory Affairs representative and relevant team members.
• Leads and facilitates project team meetings (incl. issuing of agenda, action items, meeting minutes).
• Leads and/or directs customer interaction and communication during the project phase for the clients or R&D team leader and international project manager and coordinates the flow of information from and to the client.
• Represents the project team by communicating the team’s opinion and proposals to committees and external clients, if necessary supported by the relevant team member.
• Identifies, mitigates and escalates project risks (timelines, budget, scope).

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)
• Master's or Ph.D. degree of Chemistry with 5 years relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable of project management processes (team and steering structures) and tools;
• Possesses strong know how in the area of developing and manufacturing pharmaceuticals;
• Professional expertise in managing projects;
• Able to energize and motivate a team
• Has excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to illustrate complex issues and to evaluate them critically as well as to navigate a goal-orientated decision process
• Possesses planning and organizational skills
• Strong capability of English speaking, listening and writing
