Who we are:
⚫ We are a start-up biotech aiming to discover innovative drugs mainly through internal R&D and
global collaboration;
⚫ We are fully backed by 6 Dimensions Capital, a global healthcare investment firm;
⚫ We envision an innovative drug-conjugate platform for curing cancer and other human diseases;
⚫ We aim to translate disruptive innovation into new therapeutics through harnessing human innate
and adaptive systems.
Your responsibilities:
⚫ Oversee the drug discovery efforts of the company under the supervision of the CEO;
⚫ Drive the execution of the drug discovery projects of the company to meet critical timeline,
leverage internal and external resources;
⚫ Build internal capabilities of target discovery, target validation, assay development, drug
candidate nomination and IP generation for the company
⚫ Orchestrate the internal R&D infrastructure and function team for high performance operation;
⚫ Collaborate closely with project management team, CMC team, regulatory team and clinical team
to ensure the smooth transition of projects;
⚫ Represent the company at conferences, meetings, conventions and investor events;
What you will bring in:
⚫ PhD in Biology or related disciplines with 5+ years of industry experience;
⚫ Track record of success in target discovery, target validation, assay development and drug
candidate nomination;
⚫ In-depth experience of early-stage drug discovery is desired, preferable in biologics drug
development;
⚫ Audacious leader and innovative thinker,
⚫ Strong analytic skill and problem-solving capability
