Position Summary
This role is dedicated to performing data management responsibilities to meet the current and future needs for the Suzhou and Beijing locations, and will help make the process more streamlined and efficient by reducing the number of personnel involved in data management activities and by speeding up the overall process of data collection planning, transcription, transfer and validation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Data Management Process and Activities (e.g., data records, templates, data entry, data check, DMP, WebURF request, data archive, data audit)
- Key responsibilities of the individual would include:
- Collaborate with global Data Management colleagues in U.S. and China project team for training and support.
- Create data management plans to define data capture methods for studies, and their representation in the clinical data management system.
- Facilitate the ingestion of data into the clinical data management system.
- Provide data entry services to transfer paper forms into spreadsheets for eventual ingestion into the clinical data management system.
- Ensure implementation of systematic, consistent, and fit-for-purpose approach to data management.
- Provide training and support for local project teams in best practices for data management.
- Work with global Data Management Team to devise a strategy for shifting to electronic data capture in the future.

Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree, backgrounds in biologicals, veterinarian or data management , statistics is preferred.
- Experience in data entry, data import and strong acceptability of data management system is preferred.
- Good execution in performing process and prioritize in working plan.
- Data agility and logical thinking is needed.
- Self-motivated and strong team player.
- Good organizing skills and fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Proactive in problem solving, strong sense of responsibility.
