2.Workwithcross-functionalteamstoselectrightsitesfornewclinicalstudies.Initiatetobuildrelationshipwithsties.

3.Maintaingoodrelationshipandclosecommunicationwithsite,tospeedusstudysteeringcommittee/ECapprovalprocessandpatientenrollment.

4.Promoteeffectiveteamworkwithcross-functionalteamstomeetbestclinicalpracticerequriementandresolveconflictsasneeded.

5.Organizeacademicmeetings/discussionwithinternalteammembers.
