职位描述
• Provides market forecast such as: number of procedures, market growth rate in the corresponding region (EUR), and help determine the appropriate strategy for market entry and development
• Conducts market research in the corresponding area (EUR) to identify the possible adaptations required in the general strategy
• Provides insights for the overall product strategy, research and development of new products. Estimate potential profits and possibility for product line expansion in coordination with R&D and customers
• Responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met regarding REJOIN products
• Customizes the product introduction and launch strategy in the corresponding region (EUR) according to the general marketing strategy, to ensure high penetration rate of the market
• In charge of the competitive intelligence in the corresponding region by producing competitive analysis materials to foresee changes in the market and better support the sales team
• Provides technical expertise and training if requested/needed by distributors and partners
• Conducts product and procedure training surgeon and sales. Collaborates with sales, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to develop and provide product requirements based on customer needs and market opportunities
• Provides content designs for marketing materials adapted to the corresponding region (EUR) • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and key surgeons
• Optimizes allocation of resources to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary targets
Position Requirements
• Fluent English (more languages is preferable)
• 2 years’ experience in the field of Sports Medicine or Orthopedic surgery
• Medical Marketing background
• Available to travel around Europe and outside • Good communication skills
• Motivated to work in an international environment
