TheSeniorDirectorofR&DPortfolioManagementisresponsibleforabroadportfolioprogram.Thispersonwillleadcross-functionalteamstohelpfacilitatethedevelopmentandexecutionofcompany’soverallstrategiesfornewproductdevelopmentandforsuccessfulcommercialization.He/shewillalsomanagematrixedresourcestoensureprogramsmeettheiragreeduponmilestonesanddeliverables.Thispersonrepresentstheprogramtotheorganization,reportscoreteamprogress,programrecommendations,risks,andresolutionsofissuestoseniorleadership.

工作内容：

Workwithcross-functionalteamstodevelopcomprehensiveprogram/projectmanagementplans,withdefinedbudgets(includingdetailedheadcount/resourceallocationsacrossfunctionsandprograms),timelineswithpre-definedkeymilestones,risksandriskmitigation.Trackdetailedbudgetsandtimelinesonaregularbasistoensurekeymilestonesandprogramobjectivesaredeliveredon-timeandon-budget.

Workwithcrossfunctionalleadstoeliminateand/ormitigatekeyriskstoachievingprogramandbusinessobjectivesandtracktheprogressofanymitigations.Ifriskscannotbeeffectivelymitigatedwithintheneededtimelines,determinesappropriatemeanstocommunicateandescalateissuestouppermanagementwithintheorganization.

Inpartnershipwiththedepartmentheadsandprojectteams,identifiesopportunitiesforimprovingoverallefficiencyforresourceutilizationandactivityprioritizationtocontinuouslyimprovebusinessperformance.

Inpartnershipwiththedepartmentheads,identifiesopportunitiesforimprovingoverallperformanceoftheprogram.

Workcloselywithprojectteamleadersandmentorwhennecessary.

ComplieswithregulationsincludingcompanypoliciesandBestPractices.

Maintainspositiveandcooperativecommunicationsandcollaborationwithalllevelsofemployees,customers,contractors,andvendors.

岗位要求：

PhD(orMaster’sdegreewithsubstantialrelevantindustrialexperience)inscience,oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandworkexperience.

10+yearsofexperiencerequiredforprogressivelyresponsibleexperienceinbiopharmabusinessorsimilardiscipline.

Minimum5years’experienceinleadingcross-functionalteamsand/orprojectsinbio-technologyorpharmaceuticalindustry.
