Position: Marketing Supervisor
Location: Hetero GZ office
Purpose of the Role:Marketing Supervisor is responsible for designing marketing strategy, execute marketing plan, and developing products Detailing Aids with stakeholders to improve brand awareness and maximize sales outcomes of assigned finished products for Hetero China. Key Responsibilities:
1、Gather Market intelligence on Hetero China focused therapy areas, update the key events and market trends to line manager and other stakeholders regularly.
2、Create and develop marketing plan for Hetero China Finished Products based on products’ feature and China market competition landscape.
3、Work with Finished Products business unit to create marketing collateral for different customer segment.
4、Drive execution of marketing plan, such as marketing campaign, online & offline activity, marketing collateral, etc., with different functions, according to customer’s purchase journey and behavior.
5 、 Review the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities, continuously optimize the marketing methods
6、Conduct financial analysis and report relevant to marketing work and provide information to line manager and other stakeholders as required
Competencies:
1、Bachelor and above education degree in medicine, pharmacology, bio Tech, or other related disciplines.
2、Minimum 3 years marketing and / or product management experience in China pharma industry.
3、Online and offline marketing skillset, be able to design marketing strategy and tactic plan.
4、Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
5、Be result-oriented and take the accountability of his/her own performance.
6 、 Be open-minded to new ideas, challenges and feedbacks, respect different perspectives and cultures.
7、Be able to use English as the working language.
