职位描述

  Main Responsibility:
1. Review work reports, plans, applications and schemes submitted by subordinates, take charge of the daily operation of the company, and ensure the healthy and sustainable operation of the company.
2. Formulate and implement the annual budget of the plant, guide and lead the subordinates to complete the business plan within the budget.
3. Make plant development plan, adjust according to internal and external environment changes, organize and coordinate internal personnel to carry out innovative implementation.
4. Establish a unified and efficient organization system and work system of the whole company, preside over and promote the formulation and optimization of management procedures and rules and regulations.
5. Establish good communication channels to ensure good and smooth communication channels with internal and external customers and establish a good corporate image.
6. Create corporate culture atmosphere, shape and strengthen company values.
7. Attend all kinds of meetings and ceremonies on behalf of the company to establish a good corporate image.

We hope you:
1. A university degree or above on.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical facility.
3. Direct knowledge of site management.
4. Some formal training and knowledge of the pharmaceutical of Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), exposure to the Code of GMP and HSE, and how it is applied within a pharmaceutical factory.
