职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.In charge of antibody discovery from hybridoma/yeast display/phage display/nanobody platforms. Streamline workflow of antibody discovery platforms to expedite process and deliver high quality lead molecules.
2.Fully integrate discovery technologies into antibody lead generation pipelines.
3.Represent antibody discovery group at project meetings, present data and collaborate with biology project leaders closely to progress respective pipelines.
4.Stay informed and contribute to the vision in the technology development space especially in antibody discovery area.
5.Accomplish goals within project timelines

Qualifications:
1.Ph.D. degree in molecular/cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, antibody discovery on hybridoma single B/nanobody/phage display/yeast display platforms, and related fields.
2.Strong expertise at antibody generation, antibody screening, antibody characterization for developability analysis.
3.Experience of leading a team is required.
4.Excellent skills in problems solving, proficient in communication in English and English writing.
5.Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary biologics’ discovery team. Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects.
6.Strong background of tumor biology and immunology is preferred.
