生物研发合伙人（Biology R&D VP）

岗位职责：
1. 负责新靶点的发现及验证，建立相应方法；
2. 跟踪生物研发项目研究进程，建立项目档案，监督项目实施；
3. 精通生物相关研发技术，掌握最新研发发展趋势及行业方向，保持在生物研发领域里始终处于行业上游水平；
4. 负责公司抗体药物的筛选和优化，解决开发过程中的各种疑难问题；
5. 管理生物药研发，协调与其他技术部门或相关合作单位的协作，保证资料、信息、样品等有效传递，以支持开发新产品高效产生PCC（Preclinical candidate compounds）；
6. 负责生物技术领域的团队建设及培训工作;
7. 其他相关工作

任职要求：
1. 生物学相关专业，博士/硕士学历（本科学历优秀）；肿瘤及代谢领域优先考虑；
2. 三年以上生物药开发和项目管理经验，有抗体研发工作经验、外企研发中心工作经验者优先；
3. 作为主要研究人员参与过临床前药物的研究、开发，熟悉生物制药上下游工艺及质量研究的要求和常用技术；
4. 专业能力强，理论体系健全，熟悉CFDA/FDA 及ICH有关cGMP/cGLP法规工作的要求和指导原则；
5. 学习能力突出，有上进心、责任心，创业创新精神和优秀的团队协作能力
6. 英文表达流利，可适应与国外联合办公

Biology R&D Director

Job Description:
1、Responsible for the discovery and validation of new biological targets, establishment of appropriate method.
2、Tracking process of biological R & D , establishing project files, supervising the implementation of the project;
3、Familiar with the research development, manufacture and the latest development trends of the biology
4、Research design, optimization, organization and implementation on antibody, able to effectively solve the bottleneck problems in antibody industry
5、Manage the R&D department of biology and communicate with other departments and the cooperation units in order to generate the PCC effectively.
6、Strong study ability and maintain the top level of development ability in the biological R&D
7、Good communication skills and sense of responsibility, able to provide guidance and training for R&D personnel

Requirements:
1、 Within 35 years old；PhD or MSC in Biology and related fields(Excellent first degree), or equivalent experience/or capabilities
2、 More than 3 years experience in antibody, especially the experience in the research centre of multinational corporations
3、 As the main research personnel participated in the pre-clinical biological medicine research and development, familiar with technology and quality requirements of biopharma.
4、 Strong professional skills, regular theoretical knowledge, familiar with both Chinese and International laws and regulations on GMP/GLP
5、 Excellent learning ability, enterprising and innovative spirit, good teamwork
6、 Fluent speaking ability in English, used to co-working with the overseas companies
7、other related work
