职位描述

岗位职责：
1.管理公司药理毒理研发相关工作，监管各项目的研究进程；
2.精通药理毒理研发，熟悉临床前药理毒理研究及IND申报；
3.制定公司药理毒理研究方案，并组织实施，解决开发过程中的各种疑难问题；
4.负责与其他技术部门、相关合作单位的联系协调，组织新产品申报材料撰写指导和审核；
5.持续学习提高，以保证在药理毒理研发领域里始终处于行业上游水平；
6.负责药理毒理研发团队的建设、培训和管理工作

任职要求：
1.40岁以内，药学相关专业，博士/硕士学历（本科学历优秀）；
2.五年以上药理毒理研究工作经验，有外企研发中心或海外CRO公司工作经验者优先；
3.专业技能强，理论体系健全，熟悉CFDA/FDA 及ICH有关cGMP/cGLP法规工作的要求和指导原则；
4.学习能力突出，有上进心、责任心，创业创新精神和优秀的团队协作能力
5.英文表达流利，可适应与国外联合办公

Pharmacology R&D Director

Job Description: 
1、Responsible for daily affair about pharmacology and toxicology and research progress of development project.
2、Familiar with the experiments of pharmacology and toxicology, preclinical trials and the application for IND
3、Research design, optimization, organization and implementation on pharmacology and toxicology, able to effectively solve the bottleneck problems in pharmacology and toxicology
4、Assist other departments and communicate with the cooperation units in order to hand up the application documents in compliance with RA of the drug administration
5、Strong study ability and maintain the top level of development ability in the pharmacology and toxicology
6、Good communication skills and sense of responsibility, able to provide guidance and training for R&D personnel

Requirements: 
1、 Within 40 years old；PhD or MSC in Pharmacy and related fields(Excellent first degree), or equivalent experience/or capabilities
2、 More than 5 years experience in pharmacology and toxicology, especially the experience in the research centre of multinational corporations and overseas CRO
3、 Strong professional skills, regular theoretical knowledge, familiar with both Chinese and International laws and regulations on GMP/GLP
4、 Excellent learning ability, enterprising and innovative spirit, good teamwork
5、 Fluent speaking ability in English, used to co-working with the overseas companies
