职位描述

Roles & Responsibilities (highlights, not limited to).
• Overall responsible for execution of clinical trials per protocol and per time line and per budget.
• Work with clinical team in developingtrial execution plan.
• Drive selection of CROs by working with various functions internally.
• Manage CROs or in-sourced CRAs.
• Full knowledge of GCP requirements.
• Manage internal CRAs to ensure site compliance and progress.
• Familiarwith all software used for clinical sites.
• Work with Clinical Lead in organizingScientific advisory board, EB, etc.
• Work with QA/QC team to ensure audit is performed timely and responsibly, and any issue resolution is done timelyand correctly.
• (For Head position, must have prior experience managing a team of CRAs).
• (For Data manager, must have experience handlingclinicaldata.^

Requirements.
• Bachelorin science or graduate degree in science.
• 10+ years CRA experience or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in as clinical operation head.
• Prefer international experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience with multi-nationalcompaniesand globalclinicaldesign experience strongly preferred *
岗位职责
1、全面负责临床试验的文件、规划与预算；
2、与临床团队合作制定研究计划；
3、通过与不同部门内部合作来推动CRO的甄选；
4、管理CRO与内部寻源的CRA；
5、熟知GCP要求；
6、管理内部CRA以保证试验场地的合规与进度；
7、熟悉所有临床试验场地所需软件；
8、与临床负责人合作组建科学的咨询委员会、EB等；
9、与QA QC团队合作以确保审计工作准确、可靠，各种问题事故及时准确处理；
10、对于管理层职位，必须有管理CRA团队的经验；
11、对于数据中心经理，必须有处理临床数据的经验。
任职资格
1、理科本科及以上学历；
2、10年及以上CRA或相关工作经验；
3、5年及以上临床试验负责人相关经验；
4、有国际化背景优先；
5、英语流利（口语与书面）；
6、有跨国公司工作经验与国际临床设计经验者优先。
