KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
·Design,plan,executeandmanageproofofconceptstudiesinimmunecell
researchwithafocusondevelopingNKcellproductstargetingcancer.
·Developassaysforevaluatingfunctionandefficacyofimmunecellproducts
byphenotypicandfunctionalanalysisusingmulti-colorflowcytometry,ELISA,
RNAseq,invitrocytotoxicityassaysandinvivoxenografttumormodels.
·Collect,maintain,andorganizeprimarydataandanalysisaccuratelyand
timelyinaccordancewithcompanypolicy,andassistinpatentfilingprocess.
·Prepareandpresentdatatoteammembersandexternalpartners.
·Providemanagementandtrainingforresearchassociatesandassistants.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONSOREXPERIENCENEEDED:
·Ph.D.inImmunologywith2+yearsofpostdoctraininginimmunologyor
hematogenesisorcelltherapy-relatedresearchinanacademic,
biotechnology,orpharmaceuticalsetting.
·Excellentimmunecellcultureexperience.
·Experienceininvitroassaysofcytotoxicitykillingandcytokineproduction
·ExcellentcoordinationandcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish.
·Self-motivated,positiveattitude,willingtolearn,results-drivenand
team-oriented
