主要职责
作为双特异性抗体工程与开发高级科学家，您将:
• 领导和管理双特异性抗体团队，开发新的双特异性治疗抗体，并推动我们目前的双特异性抗体管道从早期发现研究到IND备案。
• 协调工作，为双特异性抗体项目和技术开发确定时间表和可交付成果，在内部和会议上有效沟通研究结果，并在内部和外部建立开放和协作关系。
• 进行尖端的、基于实验室的研究，这些研究将直接影响跨多个生物程序的双特异性抗体的开发。
岗位需求:
• 博士学位。在生命科学(分子生物学、生物化学、蛋白质化学)或相关领域有3年以上工业经验
• 通过出版物、专利和/或专利申请，证明具有设计、工程和应用双特异性抗体的经验。
• 具有较强的双特异性抗体工程科学背景。
• 通过科学专业知识推动和影响项目的能力。
• 具有建立和维护有效工作关系的能力，包括与跨多个学科的同事的关系。

• 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。
• 高度灵活的团队合作能力，能够独立完成工作，并/或在有限监督的团队中工作
• 具有高度科学参与性的创新思维，渴望探索双特异性抗体的新应用，以满足未满足的医疗需求。

Key Responsibilities
As the Bispecific Antibody Engineering and Development Senior Scientist, you will:
•Lead and manage bispecific antibody team to develop novel bispecific therapeutic antibodies and advance our current bispecific antibody pipeline from early discovery research to IND filing.
•Coordinate efforts and define timeline and deliverables for bispecific antibody programs and technology development, effectively communicate research results in-house and at conferences, and build open and collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
•Perform cutting-edge, lab-based research that will directly impact the development of bispecific antibodies across multiple biologic programs.
Requirements
Ph.D.in life science (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry) or a related field with 3+ years experience in industry
Proved experience as demonstrated by publications, patents and/or patent applications with the design, engineering and application of bispecific antibodies.
Strong scientific background in bispecific antibody engineering.
Ability to drive and influence projects through scientific expertise.
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, including with peers across multiple disciplines.
Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a matrix-managed environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and work independently and/or in a team with limited supervision
Innovative thinking with high degree of scientific engagement and desire to explore novel applications of bispecific antibodies to address unmet medical needs.
